How do I book a place? Reservations for our trips can be made through our website, by email or by calling 691310400
Advance payment and contract. To reserve a place, a deposit payment is required on the account indicated. Payment implies acceptance of the regulations. Failure to make an advance payment or failure to provide the necessary details means cancellation of participation.
Trip cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel the trip due to circumstances beyond our control or failure to reach the minimum number of participants. In this case, no compensation will be granted and the amount paid will be refunded.
Advance payment reimbursement rules. In the event of cancellation, there is no refund of the deposit less than 10 days before the departure date (applies to trips up to PLN 400). For more expensive trips this period is 20 days. A refund of the deposit is possible once a replacement participant has been found.
NNW insurance. Personal accident insurance is compulsory for all participants and covers accidents, traffic accidents and medical expenses.
Programme changes. We may make changes to the departure programme due to circumstances beyond our control.
Departure price. The price of the trip is subject to change if changes proposed by participants and approved by us are accepted.
Departure schedule. Available on our website and Facebook page.
Punctuality. Punctuality is important. Late participants must pay for the unused seat on the bus, unless this is due to compelling reasons and notified in advance by telephone
Road safety. We always wear seatbelts and obey traffic regulations.
Prices and price list changes. Ticket and service prices are subject to change, but we always provide up-to-date price lists prior to departure.
Liability for damages. Participants are financially responsible for any damage caused on the bus or elsewhere.
No ice cream or open drinks on the bus.
Invoices. Individuals or companies who require an invoice for our services must request this prior to departure, providing the necessary details.
Correspondence. Our correspondence is mainly by email and telephone
Health status. The participant declares that they are in good health to take part in the transfer.
Matters not regulated by these Rules and Regulations shall be governed by generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the provisions of the Act of 15 November 1984 Transport Law and the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code.
