PyraBUS is involved in the sale of tickets for bus journeys to spa resorts in Poland.

3 How to reserve a seat

3.1 Reservations can be made:

  • Through the website.
  • By sending an e-mail to [email protected].
  • By telephone at: 508501898 or 508501888.

3.2 In order to reserve a place, a deposit payment is required on the account indicated. Payment implies acceptance of these regulations. Failure to make an advance payment or failure to provide the necessary data means cancellation of participation.

4 Prices and payment terms

4.1 All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. 4.2 Available forms of payment:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Online payments made via HotPay.

4.3 The final cost of the order includes the price of the ticket and any additional charges, of which the customer is informed before placing the order.

5. cancellation of the trip

5.1 PyraBUS reserves the right to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond the company's control or failure to reach the minimum number of participants. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded, but participants are not entitled to compensation.

6 Rules for reimbursement of advance payments

6.1 In the event of cancellation of the trip, the deposit shall not be refunded for less than:

  • 10 days before the departure date (for trips up to £400).
  • 20 days before the departure date (for more expensive trips).

6.2 A refund of the advance payment is only possible if a replacement participant is found.

7. accident insurance

Personal accident insurance is compulsory for all participants and covers accidents, traffic accidents and medical expenses.

8 Changes to the programme

PyraBUS may make changes to the departure programme due to circumstances beyond the company's control.

9 Schedule of the trip

The departure schedule is available on our website and Facebook page.

10. punctuality

Punctuality is mandatory. Late participants must pay for the unused seat on the bus, unless the lateness is due to important reasons and has been notified by telephone in advance.

11. Returns policy

11.1 Right of withdrawal:

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless this right is excluded by law (e.g. a service provided within a certain time limit).
  • Withdrawal requires a written statement to be sent to the email address: [email protected].

11.2 Complaints and returns:

  • Complaints should be submitted by email or telephone. We will process them within 14 days.

12 Additional information

12.1 Settlement of e-transfer transactions is carried out via HotPay.

12.2 In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
